By doing so we helped the WMC team reach their hard cap of $40 million. While this took place, people were driven to World Mobile’s Telegram chat where they found our Community Managers ready to assist at all times. Scam attempts were also avoided by our vigilant CMs. We maintain a working relationship to this day.

TrustSwap

The Challenge:

AmaZix manages Discord, Telegram, and the website ticketing system. TrustSwap has trusted AmaZix for well over a year now to handle any situation with prudence and transparency. With over 30,000 users across TrustSwap’s Telegrams and Discord, AmaZix maintains a healthy community, but with that size comes plenty of work. The challenge here is separating engagement from support, and documenting support through a ticketing system to achieve optimal assistance.

The Solution:

Instruct Community Managers to direct all support questions to the ticketing system, and direct all relevant engagement to the right group.

The Results:

To this day the TrustSwap ticketing inbox is sitting at 0, and this is not for lack of query. AmaZix provides 24/7 support 365 days a year from seasoned blockchain users, as such we are able to quickly respond to every query. Intercom now has a steady flow of tickets, when some would have gone to Telegram had it not been for AmaZix CMs. Telegram and Discord conversations are no longer sidetracked by support issues.

The Challenge:

With a large community of about 30k Telegram group members, 108k Discord members, and over 750K app users, everyone wants a chance to get in on the VeVe drops, with collections from the likes of Marvel and DC Comics, These community channels are significantly busier than usual, making coordination difficult. Questions must be answered and conflicts must be handled promptly.

The Solution:

AmaZix has been commissioned with the task of streamlining communications across platforms, and solving common tickets while also flagging advanced tickets to developers.

The Results:

The community continues to receive all of the assistance they require during these extremely busy moments, from inquiries about how to participate in these drops, to assistance with obtaining support for issues with the VeVe app. Our team is always available to steer conversations in community channels in a constructive direction in order to stay healthy and engage positively, as well as acting quickly against scammers. Casper Labs

The Challenge:

With over 100k registrations, CasperLabs knew they faced a challenge. There would be scammers, there would be app crashes, and most of all, there would be FUD.

The Solution:

All required information on ‘deck’, AmaZix deployed a fully trained team with well over 100 token sales in experience. Awareness of scammers with pinned messages, continued scammer sweeps to prevent contact, and scout fake groups to report by our worldwide team.

The Results:

The Implementation of AmaZix Managers helped CasperLabs fulfil a smooth token sale and sell out. Scams were mitigated, information was clear and concise, and the community was happy.

NFT Champions

Company info:

NFT CHAMPIONS – PLAY-TO-EARN - AAA rated play-to-earn MMORPG with limitless opportunities to earn rewards. Blockchain-based game where players can buy, sell and trade unique digital cards and compete in matches and tournaments to earn rewards and tokens. It also features a play-to-earn system where players can sell their rare NFTs to other players for in-game rewards and tokens.

The Challenge:

A zealous community, excited for the first AAA game in blockchain, NFT Champions. The primary challenge is in managing expectations from tens of thousands of users sending in hundreds of messages daily. Due to the massive interest, the community was flooded with misinformation, and the members were not offered an environment to engage in effectively. The discussion was flooded with support requests and speculative chatter. Our challenge was cultivating a community of genuine engagement.

The Solution:

Initiate Discord server to organise discussion. Community Management has been implemented to sweep out any scammer and spam posts. Engaging with support requests is supported out of the main discussion channel in order to keep the community open for engagement.

The Results:

AmaZix has provided an open forum for the community to engage with each other. A safe and secure environment for users to talk to real support agents, and not interact with scammers. We maintain a working relationship to this day.

Bancor

Bancor - Grow your ETH - Bancor is a DeFi trading and staking protocol, governed by the Bancor DAO. The protocol's mission is to bring DeFi mainstream by providing the simplest and safest way to trade and earn in DeFi.

The Challenge:

Maintaining reliable communications during alleged Impermanent Loss Protection crisis in the 2022 bear market. Keeping the community engaged with healthy conversations, keeping users updated with the latest info as the protocol develops, and responding to dApp support requests via ticketing system. Maintaining proper engagement with Community Managers is essential as well, as during times of crisis they take the brunt of the attack.

The Solution:

Ongoing training with Community Managers, providing an outlet for any stress. Open discussion on topics and possible solutions.

The Results:

We have maintained a healthy community. The Bancor protocol has evolved over the years and the Bancor community has grown with it to remain one of the most supportive communities in DeFi, as they are always well informed and engaged. Several community members have become advocates, and many of them have grown to become core members of Bancor. We support requests via the web app, and user questions in the community channels on Discord and Telegram are always responded to promptly. We maintain a working relationship to this day.

NFT Magazine

The NFT Magazine is a novelty project within the NFT ecosystem where a digital mag is issued monthly to showcase what’s being done right within this fascinating digital collectibles world, making the magazine itself one of those collectibles that marks the difference. The covers always feature artwork from relevant NFT artists, such as Hackatao, Coldie and Refik Anadol.

The Challenge:

Operating in an already well crowded space with projects popping up left, right and center almost every day, The NFT Magazine had to stand out, even with its novel approach to collectibles. There was a necessity to make people understand why they’d want to collect this digital mag.

The Solution:

(Commenced November 2021 - Feb 2022) We deployed PPC services to assist NFT Magazine in increasing awareness and growing their social channels (namely Discord), along with an Influencer Outreach initiative. In order to successfully receive all new incoming traffic of people curious about The NFT Magazine, we had our Community Managers on deck and at the ready.

The Results:

Every issue released during the time we served this client has sold out, with interest for these increasing on secondary markets. This interest has passed on well to The NFT Magazine’s side project, Cryppo, with many interested in these friendly collectibles and their metaverse experience.

Avarik

Company info:

Avarik Saga NFT - Avarik Saga is the journey of the 8,888 generative NFT personas of Knights, Archers, and Wizards originated from over 400+ uniquely hand drawn traits in 4 clashing factions.

The Challenge:

A Discord campaign required the community to fulfil tasks and earn badges that would be awarded as roles on Avarik’s server. Proper communication and coordination was required in order to keep track and administer badges for authentic entries, as many users attempted to exploit the game.

The Solution:

Community Managers were implemented to keep track of entries and process roles to those that earned a badge once proof was verified as posts on Twitter.

The Results:

The campaign was successful, the game was completed, and all badges have been awarded. Badges were given to users which would secure a spot to participate in the NFT drop, and ultimately, the drop was fully minted by the community, selling out all 8,888 NFT’s.

The Challenge:

guiding the community and addressing the usual concern of “what’s in it for users” to join ArtMeta was the real challenge faced by the AmaZix team.

The Solution:

Deploying our Community Management teams, who served as advocates for the project and informed the community as progress took place.

The Results:

(Started December 2021 - ongoing) Our Community Management services enabled ArtMeta to benefit from the extended experience of AmaZix CMs, which date back to the 2017 token sale craze and have been present for all stages of crypto evolution since.
