AmaZix Talks - Episode 5 w/ Blackie

This week, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting Blackie on our AmaZix Talks X Spaces series!

With extensive experience on development and security, Blackie has worked as a Lead Auditor at the renowned firm Hacken, and co-founded his own auditing firm, Tri Wei. He’s also one of the co-authors of the upcoming book ‘Mastering Ethereum: Second Edition’

During our conversation, Blackie shared insights about his upcoming book, discussing the major updates it will feature, such as details on Ethereum 2.0 and the new consensus mechanism, and chapters on ZK proof and rollups. The conversation then shifted to abstracting blockchain complexity to drive mainstream adoption - a timely topic as more companies integrate blockchain technology into their systems, often without it being immediately apparent in their user interfaces.

We wrapped up the session with an engaging Q&A segment, with Blackie highlighting projects such as Polymarket for successfully appealing to mainstream audiences.
